Jordan Heck is a skilled commercial and employment litigator with significant experience handling complex cases and counseling clients on a variety of labor and employment issues. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in numerous lawsuits involving breaches of restrictive covenants, claims of misappropriation of trade secrets, and other unfair competition claims. Jordan’s employment litigation background includes defending claims arising under Title VII, the ADA, FLSA, FMLA, and other state and federal anti-discrimination statutes.

Additionally, Jordan devotes much of his daily practice to client counseling. As a creative problem solver, he helps employers avoid litigation before it occurs by advising clients on employment disputes and day-to-day employee issues. For example, he provides counsel regarding the accommodation of disabilities, preparation and implementation of employment policies, advice on employee separations, and the preparation and implementation of employment agreements, including covenants not to complete.

A native of Tell City, Ind., Jordan enjoys sports, particularly the Packers, Mets, and IU, as well as reading classic literature, cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and hiking and backpacking.
