A native of Tell City, Ind., Jordan enjoys sports, particularly the Packers, Mets, and IU, as well as reading classic literature, cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and hiking and backpacking.

Experience
  • Provides advice on employment and personnel issues, such as employment agreements, severance and separation agreements, employee handbooks, and individual employment policies
  • Defends employers in litigation involving claims brought under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the FMLA, the FLSA, and claims involving non-compete agreements, harassment, discrimination, and state and federal wage and hour laws
  • Represents creditors in a variety of industries in state courts to maximize recovery on past due claims
  • Served as a summer clerk for Kahn, Dees, Donovan & Kahn for two summers
