Jordan M. Heck

Jordan M. Heck is an ambitious young business attorney with high quality research and writing skills and an eye for detail.  He is diligent, responsive, driven, organized, and analytical in his approach to practicing law.

A native of Tell City, Ind., Jordan enjoys sports, particularly the Packers, Mets, and IU, as well as reading classic literature, cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and hiking and backpacking.  He hopes to eventually hike the entire Appalachian Trail.

  • Provides advice on employment and personnel issues, such as employment agreements, severance and separation agreements, employee handbooks, and individual employment policies
  • Defends employers in litigation involving claims brought under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the FMLA, the FLSA, and claims involving harassment, discrimination, and state and federal wage and hour laws
  • Assists both public and privately-owned businesses as well as individuals in a broad spectrum of business transactions including residential and commercial real estate transactions, mergers, and the sale and purchase of corporate assets
  • Represents creditors in a variety of industries in state courts to maximize recovery on past due claims
  • Served as a summer clerk for Kahn, Dees, Donovan & Kahn for two summers
