Congratulations to KDDK Partner Shannon Frank as the recipient of the 2024 Leaders and Legends Award from the Southwestern Indiana Builders Association (SIBA). This is the highest housing award bestowed by the Association and is given to an individual to honor outstanding leadership and achievements that benefit the housing industry in Southwestern Indiana. Shannon has worked with the Association and area builders and developers for more than 30 years. She is well known and respected for her expertise with land use and home building, and her fingerprints can be found in state laws and local ordinances, including newly passed warranty laws and the Quality Assurance Builder Standards (QABS) program.
