We are pleased to announce that Joshua R. Trockman has been named the firm’s newest partner, effective January 1, 2026. This milestone reflects Trockman’s legal experience, commitment to client service, and contributions to the firm and the community.
An Evansville native, Trockman represents the third generation of attorneys in his family. He earned his B.A. from Indiana University in 2013 and his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2016. Trockman has become a trusted advisor to individuals, families, businesses, and municipalities throughout Indiana and Kentucky, focusing his practice on estate planning and administration, real estate, business law, and municipal law.

Trockman has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in the categories of Trusts and Estates (2024, 2025, 2026), Litigation – Trusts and Estates (2025, 2026) and Construction Law (2026). In addition, he was selected by SuperLawyers Indiana Rising Star© for his work in Business and Corporate Law (2023) and Estate & Probate Law (2025). In 2022, he was named among the Rotary Club of Evansville’s 20 Under 40. Beyond his legal work, Trockman is deeply committed to community service. He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Albion Fellows Bacon Center and as co-trustee of the Sol & Arlene Bronstein Foundation. Outside the office, Trockman enjoys life in Evansville with his wife, Veronica, and their two-year-old son, Penn.
