Ongoing Recruitment

Kahn, Dees, Donovan & Kahn recruits third-year law students and experienced attorneys, hiring attorneys who possess the intellect, personality and character to practice at KDDK and desire to make Evansville their home. Our goal is to provide new attorneys with the experience and training to effectively serve client needs, participate in the community and enjoy a satisfying career in the practice of law. We hire attorneys we believe are capable of attaining partnership and strive to assist them in reaching this goal.

A partner serves as a mentor to each associate, providing advice and guidance, and assisting associates in achieving maximum success in professional and personal development. Associates are given the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of matters while working with many different attorneys in the firm; and are encouraged to seek work and acquire expertise in the practice areas they enjoy. We maintain reasonable workloads and budgets for associates, and encourage continuing legal education, professional and personal development, client development, and community activities. We invite our associates to be themselves and contribute to the community in their own way.
