Elizabeth "Betsy" M. Happe

Betsy Happe is an associate attorney whose background in business and accounting shapes her client-centered approach to the practice of law. A native of Southwestern Indiana, Betsy grew up immersed in the day-to-day realities of a family-owned business—giving her an early and practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities that business owners encounter. In addition to her law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, she earned both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and MBA, equipping her with the analytical rigor and financial acumen that distinguish her work. Betsy represents clients across a range of matters, with a focus on contract law, real estate, construction, closely held business entities, estate planning, and probate law.  Known for her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to understanding each client’s goals, Betsy combines strong technical skills with a practical perspective to help clients confidently navigate legal and business decisions.
