Jackson T. Treadway

Jackson brings a competitive spirit to his practice in counseling employers in labor and employment matters and worker’s compensation defense. He aids in defending employers in litigation in both state and federal court and administrative proceedings. Jackson works closely with management whether defending employers in on-site investigations by administrative agencies or thorough investigation of worker’s compensation matters. Jackson advises clients on employment-related matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, state labor law, and day-to-day management decisions. He also assists clients in preparing numerous employment related documents, including severance agreements, confidentiality agreements, and employee handbooks.

The Evansville native returns after attending university in both Bloomington and Indianapolis. A former hockey player, Jackson enjoys following Indiana University athletics, outdoor grilling, and golf.
