KDDK Partner Ashley R. Hollen has been selected by The Best Lawyers in America© for inclusion in the 2026 edition. Hollen assists clients with a broad range of legal issues in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, real estate, business, environmental, and collections and creditors’ rights laws. She advises privately-held businesses and non-profits on a wide range of matters including the buying and selling of a business, entity formation, ownership and member issues, business restructuring, commercial contracting, corporate governance, acquisition and disposition, mergers, and private placement.
Ashley has extensive experience with a variety of real estate issues, including acquisition and disposition from negotiation through closing, assisting homeowner associations, and counseling clients on land-use issues. She enjoys assisting clients with due diligence on real estate transactions, including assisting with reviews of environmental reports and investigations.
