For the fifth year, KDDK Co-Managing Partner Mark S. Samila has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America© as “Lawyer of the Year” in Evansville. Samila is a business lawyer who works extensively with privately owned businesses and their owners on the purchase and sale of businesses, equity investments, business and succession planning, and tax and estate planning. He blends his accounting and financial background with his legal experience. In so doing, he provides legal analysis and also understands and considers the business and financial implications of a client’s legal options.
