For the third time, KDDK Partner Shannon S. Frank has been named Evansville Lawyer of the Year in Construction Law by The Best Lawyers in America©. Frank earned the honor previously in 2022 and 2024. For 11 consecutive years, she has been recognized by the organization and has been included on the 2026 Edition of Evansville’s Best Lawyers list in the following practice areas:

Frank assists many area builders, developers, subcontractors, and suppliers in the construction industry. With a business background, she understands many of the issues facing business owners and key management personnel and works to develop effective solutions. In addition, Frank’s work in the Evansville area’s housing industry was recognized in December of last year with the Southwestern Indiana Builders Association’s (SIBA) Leaders and Legends Award.
