Landlords: Remember to Register Your Properties

Owners of all single-dwelling or multi-dwelling rental property in the City of Evansville are reminded of the requirement to register their properties with the Evansville-Vanderburgh County Building Commission every year in accordance with Ordinance G-2014-29.

Rental property registration can be done online or in person with the Evansville-Vanderburgh County Building Commission Office. There is a cost of $5.00 per rental parcel or rental community.  The registration period begins March 11, 2016.  To avoid possible late fees, the registration must be submitted by the deadline of May 10, 2016.
