KDDK Partner Jake R. Fulcher was named Evansville “Lawyer of the Year” for his work in Labor Law – Management in the 2027 edition of The Best Lawyers in America©. This is the 12th consecutive year he has been recognized by the publication in this practice area. In addition, Fulcher marks 10 consecutive years being named among Evansville’s Best Lawyers for Litigation – Labor and Employment law.
Fulcher is a management-side labor lawyer who devotes a significant part of his practice to negotiating labor contracts and defending employers in labor arbitrations. His practice also includes union avoidance strategies, as well as counseling clients with labor agreements and the interpretation of those labor agreements in the day-to-day management of a business.
