Heather M. Lobermann

Heather Lobermann brings patience, persistence, and problem-solving skills to her work helping clients with their legal needs. She provides legal counsel for the firm’s business clients and brings a background in education to the firm’s Education and Schools practice. In addition, Heather will support the firm’s debt collection practice, real estate, and trademark and copyright practices. 

Originally from Tell City, Heather attended Vanderbilt University where she received her undergraduate degree in Secondary Education and History. Heather went on to earn a Master of Education degree in School Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Counselor Education from the University of Maryland. After working in the education field for seven years, Heather returned to the classroom and earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington. 

Outside of the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her significant other, family, and her dogs. In addition, her hobbies include listening to podcasts, watching the New York Mets, and riding her Peloton.
