Partner Nicholas J. Golding has been selected by The Best Lawyers in America© for inclusion in the Evansville Ones to Watch 2026 edition for his work in both Labor and Employment Law – Management and Litigation – Labor and Employment. Golding has been recognized on the Ones to Watch list for three consecutive years.
Golding joined the firm in August of 2018 and was made a Partner in January 2025. He focuses his practice on counselling employers in labor and employment matters. Golding has represented clients in contract negotiations and responding to union charges of unfair labor practices. He has also counselled clients in matters involving the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act, and assists clients in preparing employee handbooks and non-compete agreements. Admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois, and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana, Golding is a member of the Evansville Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association.
