He has spent his entire career with KDDK, and has extensive experience working with businesses across numerous industries. His financial acumen empowers clients to more swiftly reach durable solutions.
As a business lawyer, Samila works extensively with privately-owned businesses and their owners on the purchase and sale of businesses, equity investments, business and succession planning and tax and estate planning. This is his eighth year to be recognized by Super Lawyers for his work in Business & Corp. law. Samila blends his accounting and financial background with his legal experience. In so doing, he provides legal analysis and also understands and considers the business and financial implications of a client’s legal options.
By combining over 30 year’s experience in practice with her business background, Frank understands many of the issues facing business owners and key management personnel whom she works with to develop effective solutions. She represents many closely held companies in a variety of matters, including buy and sell transactions, business organization, contracts, the sale and leasing of real estate, and employment issues.
Schulz has a combined eight years being recognized by Super Lawyers with four years as a Rising Star and four years as an Indiana Super Lawyer. He counsels clients through complicated business and construction transactions and can be of assistance to any company in reviewing contracts, negotiating contracts, drafting contracts, and handling litigation involving a variety of business transactions, including construction, manufacturing, real estate and other business contracts.
Hollen assists clients with a broad range of legal issues in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, real estate, business, and environmental law. She advises privately held businesses and non-profits on matters including buying and selling businesses, entity formation, ownership and member issues, business restructuring, commercial contracting, corporate governance, acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, and private placements.
