Partner Nicholas J. As a Partner, Nick’s practice focuses on counselling employers in labor and employment matters. He represents clients in contract negotiations and responding to union charges of unfair labor practices. Nick also counsels clients in matters involving the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act, and assists clients in preparing employee handbooks and non-compete agreements.
