KDDK Associate Heather M. Lobermann has been selected for inclusion in the Rotary Club of Evansville’s 20 Under 40 Class of 2026. The program recognizes Evansville-area leaders under 40 and have exhibited leadership qualities and characteristics in their various roles throughout the Evansville community. Lobermann advises the firm’s business clients and brings a background in education to the firm’s Education and Schools practice. She also supports the firm’s mergers and acquisitions, real estate, environmental, intellectual property and technology practices.
Originally from Tell City, Lobermann began her career in education before transitioning to law. With an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, a master’s degree from the University of Maryland, and seven years of experience in education, she returned to Indiana and earned her Juris Doctor from IU Maurer School of Law. Lobermann clerked for the firm for two summers before joining KDDK as an Associate attorney in 2022.
Her professional contributions are recognized by her peers both inside and outside the firm. She was named an Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2025 and 2026. The distinction is awarded to 2.5% of eligible attorneys in each state who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. As a law student, Lobermann was inducted into the Order of the Coif and served as managing editor of the Indiana Law Journal.
In the Evansville community, she has been an active board member of Kay C’s Barkville at Woodmere serving on their Governance Committee. Lobermann has also been active as a member of the Alex and Ali Foundation Board, serving on this year’s Night of Hope Gala planning committee. The Alex and Ali Foundation works to provide adults with autism and other developmental disabilities the opportunity to work through hands-on vocational job training, meaningful employment, and a safe, supportive environment. Previously, she served as Signature Chair for Rotaract.
